Tom Brady recently made an interesting remark about Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes during a conversation.
He said, “He literally breaks every QB rule I’ve ever learned.” Brady highlighted that Mahomes plays with a unique style that defies conventional quarterbacking techniques that Brady himself was taught. He humorously noted that Bill Belichick, his former coach, might be “at home ripping his hair out” watching Mahomes, referencing how Belichick is known for his discipline and focus on fundamentals.
Despite Mahomes’ unconventional approach, he’s been highly successful, and both Brady and Belichick recognize his greatness. Belichick recently praised Mahomes for his leadership and drive, qualities that remind him of Brady during their time together.
