Selena Gomez made a leggy appearance as she stepped out in New York City this Tuesday amid the publicity whirlwind for her new musical comedy Emilia Perez.
The Spanish-language film is led by Karla Sofia Gascon, playing a cartel leader who pretends to die in order to undergo a gender transition into a woman.
Emilia Perez premiered at the Cannes Film Festival to a burst of acclaim, including a joint best actress prize for Selena, Karla and their castmates Zoe Saldana and Adriana Paz.
After a limited theater release in the US and Canada in November 1, the movie bowed on Netflix later that month to a warm response from the critics.
Now, with the film widely available on for public streaming, Selena was seen heading to tape an interview on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert this week.
She showed off her shapely legs in a slinky black leather miniskirt, heightening the impact with a set of matching hose and a towering pair of stilettos.

She snapped the picture in the bathroom, where Benny could be spotted behind her in an undershirt and a pair of floral trousers.
Selena shared the picture shortly after the popular gossip page DeuxMoi posted a tip that the former Disney Channel star ‘got engaged’ earlier that month while ‘surrounded by friends at their usual beach house hang out.’
