Kansas City Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce has admitted that he is suffering from “FOMO” after he missed the Miami leg of Taylor Swift’s world tour due to his football commitments.
The romance between the loved-up pair has enchanted sports and music fans alike since they first went public with their relationship last September. Since then, the duo have regularly supported each other at their respective engagements, with Swift often taking her place on the sidelines to cheer on her beau at Arrowhead Stadium.
Likewise, Kelce has returned the gesture on multiple occasions, jetting around the globe to take in dates on his singer girlfriend’s tour during the NFL’s off-season. However, after enjoying gigs in locations such as Sydney, London and Singapore over the summer, the tight end was unable to do so in Miami and couldn’t attend Swift’s three nights at Hard Rock Stadium.

The concerts attracted an ensemble of A-Listers including former NFL superstar Tom Brady and tennis icon Serena Williams as the “Eras Tour” landed in Florida. In addition, members of the Kelce family also were present, with Travis’ brother Jason Kelce watching on alongside wife Kylie.
Addressing feeling a little left out after his friends and family enjoyed the show in Miami, Swift’s boyfriend admitted that he was suffering from “fomo” – otherwise known as the fear of missing out. During the hitmaker’s three-night run in the Sunshine State, Kelce had a game versus the San Francisco 49ers to contend with instead.
He said on the ‘New Heights Podcast’: “I had all the FOMO in the world, with the entire family and a lot of our friends being there. I had a bunch of friends that were also down by the stage that had been to a few shoes overseas and they were saying the same thing that you are: the Miami Stadium was just on another level.

“Man I wish I was there,” the Chiefs fan favorite confessed, with his disappointment at missing the shows palpable, as his brother Jason then chimed in, adding: “It was incredible. Not only did everybody have a good time but everybody has been texting over the last couple of days, since then.
The former Philadelphia Eagles hero, who is enjoying his retirement from the sport after hanging up his cleats earlier in the year continued: “Dude she’s just incredible, the show is incredible, Miami was another level of it, I’m excited for her to be back out on tour for this final leg of the Eras run here.
Heaping praise on Swift, the elder Kelce brother added: “It was pretty awesome, it was an incredible trip. So keep killing it Tay… shoutout to everyone who went to the Eras Tour down in Miami. A special shoutout to my friends that came along.”
